Shorty's Rescue Network

The creation of Shorty's Rescue Network is an attempt and effort to assist in matchmaking individuals who need permanent homes for the dogs they have in their care and potentially find new homes by posting your dog here. Adopters who inquire to Shorty's Rescue, whom are not within the state of California will be directed to this blog.

The Purpose of Shorty's Rescue Network

Need a new home for a dog, read here FIRST.
Seeking to adopt a dog, read here.

Both individuals posting a need for a home for their dog and people seeking to adopt a dog will find State Listings for Networking Your Dogs.

This is not a fan page. Social commentary is not permitted on this site; it is for people communicating about dogs only. Please note any contact information you choose to post is PUBLIC.

All posts submitted will be approved prior to being posted. Expect up to a 24 hour time period before your dog will be listed.

Reason(s) for rehoming the dog: He is too much dog for our home. He needs more training that I can currently provide. He is a fun dog, who loves the water and loves to be active, but his energy level is literaly thru the ceiling and we know he'd be better in a home with more time to work with that energy.

I certify that I am the legal owner of the animal described herein. I understand that there are no written or verbal guarantees given or implied regarding the placement of this animal other than Shorty’s Rescue Network's best efforts. I promise to provide vaccination records as indicated above as well as any other pertinent medical information.
